(National Commercial Collections Group) ("NCCG," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. NCCG provides receivables management, collections, lien services, and consulting to businesses. Any services we perform for a client are governed by a separate written agreement between NCCG and that client. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.

2. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program name: NCCG Text Messaging

Program description: NCCG sends text messages to clients, prospective clients, and other contacts who have opted in. Messages may include responses to your inquiries, quotes, account and service updates (such as placement confirmations, lien filing status, and document requests), appointment and call scheduling, and customer support.

How you opt in: You agree to receive text messages from NCCG by providing your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on a form on our Site, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your request, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or contact us so we can update our records.

Privacy: We handle your mobile number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
